Blood donation

I donated blood and feel great about it.  It was my second time and plan on continuing this good deed as much as possible.  I know in some places, people are reimbursed for donating, but in Canada, you donate at your own free will and do not receive anything in return.  What I received in return is knowing that every time I donate, I am saving the lives of 3 people!!
